Staff in the Commercial Real Estate Division have identified CLO parcels that have the potential for development as residential or commercial retail/office/industrial.  These parcels are located within the large and small metro areas of Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Lawton.

Shovel Ready Parcels – these parcels are ready to build with utilities at the curb.

Commercial Retail/Office/Industrial Parcels — identified as having Commercial Retail/Office/Industrial potential but which need development work prior to construction.

Residential Potential Parcels — ripe for development for residential purposes.  These parcels need planning and development prior to construction.

All CLO surface lands can be placed for consideration for a commercial lease.  All CLO Parcels can be viewed in the GIS viewer.

The Commercial Real Estate Division offers all of these parcels for lease under a Commercial Ground Lease ranging from 4-55 years depending on the project.  You can find more information about the Long-Term Commercial Lease process here.
